Faq`s
- When do I pay ?
- When Booking Online you will pay in our Booking System Platform Fareharbor for shared sailings. For Private Group Sailing you also will be able to pay in our Booking Platform the 50 % an the other 50 % will have to be paid at boarding. For the 4 hour sailing and full day sailing you will receive in our Booking Confirmation email and our Bank account detais for the 50 % of the total amount, the other 50 % should be paid at boarding.
- How do I pay ?
- With Credit Card at booking and if for any reason it is not possible to pay at booking, payment should be done at boarding with previous agreement.
- Largest group on board allowed ?
- 11 people.
- What happens if we are more than 11 people ?
- The group will be distribuited in two boats and the sailing will be done together.
- Are the snacks and the drinks included in the price ?
- Yes.
- Can I have as many drinks as I want ?
- We trust our guests are responsible drinking.
- If there is bad weather or bad sea, sailing is cancelled and we have already paid ?
- You choose wether to have money refund or a sailing resheduled to another day.
